3. User Responsibilities and Prohibitions

All financial transactions on the mrluck88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users must ensure that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. mrluck88 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any deposits exceeding certain limits.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed to users’ local Malaysian bank accounts within 1 to 24 business hours after identity verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. mrluck88 reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals pending investigation if fraud or term violations are suspected.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits credited successfully to the gaming account cannot be reversed. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as clear and verifiable technical errors caused by the platform. All refund decisions are final at mrluck88’s sole discretion.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions listed alongside each offer. Attempts to abuse bonus systems through multiple accounts or other methods will result in forfeiture of bonuses and further action against the account.
5. Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limitations
Mrluck88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond platform control such as internet outages, natural disasters, or government orders.
Where mrluck88’s liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the total liability of the platform to the user will not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user within 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Account Suspension and Termination
Mrluck88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Users violating any provisions in these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation
- Users registering multiple accounts or providing false information
- Account blocked by order of authorized authorities
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
In cases of account termination due to term violations, mrluck88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any remaining balance, bonuses, or unclaimed winnings without compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mrluck88 platform—including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and databases—is the exclusive property of mrluck88. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mrluck88.
